  • My Diet... Eeeek

Ok so basically this has what made me loose all my weight. So i figured it was a good diet. But diets can always be improved. Im joing the gym monday and had a free gym pass for a week to wow in the mail so i just finished it. But anyways here my diet if you can subsitute or suggest changes id greatly appreciate it. Cost is a slight problem my parents are buying the stuff and dont have alot of money to shell out since the gym is gonna kill me alone. Thx Also I got nauscious if i eat too much in one sitting. When i was in my prime (weight that is) I wouldnt know that feeling but I cant eat more then prolly a Lean Cusine portion without feeling bloated or full / sick.

I only drink water all day unless in the morning I might have some milk or coffee. I never use salt or mayo or oil with anything. N I especially use no salad dressing except for plain vinegar.

Morning (dont have now due to it being the summer 9-12 range though)
    -Balance Bar
-Or 2-3 egg whites with various vegetables. I dont use salt ever I use Black pepper, or a dash of; onion, chili or garlic powder to flavor stuff.
I also sometimes have a serving size of grits with butter budds black pepper.
Or oatmeal with some cinnamon and splenda (after reading a recent post :) )
    - Water or I usually drink a little bit of milk (skim) or some coffee with a little of skim milk and a packet of splenda.

Lunch (usually 2 or something Unless i wake up later then ill push it to 3 or 4).
2 pieces of counting carb bread. Multi grain pretty sure its 8 carbs a slice or something like that and like 60 cals a slice. With that I make a sandwiche. Either drained tuna with some chopped onion and celery and a slice of a tomato.
OR I make a ham or turkey sandwiche. There are these packedged deli cuts that offer a few slices for only 60 cals and the ham only has 4 carbs in it. With little or no fat. Turkey is leaner so its even less and offers more slices for it. I also sometimes put cheese on it. Veggie cheese which is 60 cals for 1 and a half slices i just use 1 slice.
Sometimes if i dont feel like a sandwiche I make a bigg ass salad. With a whole can of tuna on some spinache leaves or this mixed salad my mom buys of fresh greens. Not those dole shits with the carrots i hate that type of lettuce. I usually just eat green leafy stuff. I put some vinegar n the tuna on it with some grape tomatos a lil onion and some shredded carrot. I also then sprinkle some parmesan although I use peckarino ramono. Which has some more sodium in it. I use a teaspoon serving size is 1tb spoon. N it has 20 cals in it 0 carbs.
    Dinner
I almost always have lean cusines Not to picky with the carbs on those because i watch my carbs all day and I need some so this is what i consider one of my tastier meals that actually reward me for the day so i dont go off cheating hehe.
If i dont have a LC then ill have grilled chicken and some vegetables i spray some pam on the vegetables which has no fat or anything in it some pepper fresh garlic etc.

At night I might have pretzels or something a few pieces of cut up fruit nothing to go crazy over... i know about the fructose but im still loosing weight and all but im not sure if these are hurting me or not because i wanna loose bf and not so much of pounds any more.
Thx and sry for the long post

Sit down tonite and read and chart everything you eat on a daily basis, break it down and record your protein/carb/calories etc. It's the only way you can truly see where you're lacking and it can be a real eye opener. My diet varies but I find it best for me to keep it simple and clean. Bulking is different altogether but balance is always important. It's really best to eat about every 3-4 hours, small portions and a good balance of protein to carbs. I'd drop the Lean Cuisine stuff, you're better off on clean unprocessed foods.

One rotation of my cutting diet:

    8am
    protein shake
    oatmeal

    11am
    1/2 chicken breast
    brown rice

    2pm
    1 can tuna in water
    1/2 lo-carb bagel

    5pm
    1/2 chicken breast
    brown rice

    8pm
    protein shake
    oatmeal

If you can keep your ratio of protein/carbs about 70-30 you'll see the BF drop. Eating smaller portions more often speeds your metabolism and aids in digestion/absorption of nutrients. You can add dark green vegetables/salad as you want, they won't hurt. It's bland and is a test of resolve but it will drop BF like a summbitch. Try a thermogenic also and drink shitloads of water.......

it seems im having trouble having 5-6 meals a day. This will pose a problem to getting off BF? Im eatting good meals though. Today i woke up at 12 =/ trying not to do much of that anymore. And I eat oatmeal used skim milk and splenda packet and cinnamon. Then had water lots of water ( Love that ). I went to the movies with my friend and didnt want to eat anything there ugh. Fast food is so out. So i waited till i got home to eat... So i eat some tuna cakes. 1 can of tuna celery onion and 2 eggwhites cooked on a pan. Got the recipe from here. Then If i dont have a lean cusine I have usually grilled chicken with some vegetables. I only had 3 meals so far. And i dont wanna force my self to eat any more =/. What im asking is in between my 3 main meals which are very healthy. Can i just eat idk a pepper or some grape tomatoes or something along the line of that???? I mean it's better then nothing and mostly the reason is i dont find time for 5 meals for the day. Only 3 healthy meals/ an occasional snack if i remember.
This is my target eatting habbits im going to try to work on.
8-12 thats the range i wake up. Oatmeal
2-3 A sandwiche with some lean deli cuts. Ham or turkey. Dry or with mustard.
530-6 Dinner. LC if i dont have time to cook or Grilled Chicken with veggies or some variation with chicken and vegetables or with brown rice etc.
Digest...Go to the gym 730... Then after the gym Have a shake or a power bar and nothing else for the nite.

Sounds good?? Got some advice to get the whey protein powder at costco and to add natural pb to it. Said it wouldnt do me no harm except up my protein specially after a lift. Some variations can be made if after a workout Some Tuna or instead of a sandwiche I was thinking a nice salad with turkey shreds or some chicken or tuna. Sounds good? I thought about this and hope it's better then what iam doing now.
