Ok this is the question i got. Right now im on cycle and eating lean while on it. I started doing cardio today 7/12/04. The QUESTION I wanted to know is that everyday i drink fiber. Its a fiber powder u could add to any drink. I chose either water or orange juice. I rather use orange juice because it works better. The reason i use this is because i have trouble going to the restroom (no joking).
I wanted to know since im eating lean and doing cardio, would it be bad on the diet. I usually take it everyday at 8:30pm. The reason for this is because when i wake up in the morning and eat, im all done. Orange juice does contain carbs in it and all. Just wanted to know if it can affect my results.;)
