I ask this question because alot of get up early in the morning and get dressed up and then on way to work get food. Or some prepare the food at home and take it to work.
For me, this is what i do. I wake up at 6am in the morning or at 6:30 depending. I shower for about 20 minutes and then get dressed so its about 7:10am. 30 minutes have gone buy since i got up. Is this too much time for the body not to get some food in it. Before i used to get up and once i got up ate. Made me feel much beeter. The way im doing it right now makes me feel like if im doing something wrong. What are your thoughts on this?:)
