So I start back faithfully to the gym and eating on Monday, after a three week break (whatever) and so last night at about 8pm..after eating well all day+gym...my and the boy down about a bottle of wine each and share dominoes (4 pcs of a medium) and cinnastix. FUCK.
My question is...how does this affect me, really? Like does it affect my body as much as I think it does? This isnt something I do all the time BTW. So how much damage has been done?
