What important nutrients do bananas hold other then potassium??? also are they that fattening and full of carbs??? I need to know because that would be a nice filler upper if i can have one a day or put some in a shake... to put some cals into it.

I eat a banana every day just because they're so easy to grab on the go. I wouldn't worry too much about the carbs because they have so much nutrience... although I don't know about having 5 a day :) Major :)
