      Yea, you're probably right. Guess I was just easily influenced by the milk ad with Carmelo Anthony that was saying that you grow the most while you're a teenager and he drinks as much milk as possible and blah blah blah. I just wanted to feel cool like him. :(

          I would have to have replaced that nutrition with something comparable, which would not have been easy, especially in the old days when soy protein was the only supplemental protein you could get. My body responds well to casein, and milk is an easy way to get it. Nothing is truly "magic." My point is that milk is good food, and not the deathtrap some people seem to think.
