          eat 3 cans of tuna a day, 2 cups of oatmeal, 1/2cup peanuts, 3peice bbq chicken breast. 3 shacks whey protein....

          thats usually what i eat... i just wanted to get other ideas...

            Don't eat too much tuna man. 3 cans everyday is a bit high on the mercury side. Try to throw in some turkey maybe.

              Watch out for the tuna. 3 cans a day is a sh*tload especially when "cutting up". All that sodium will thicken your skin. Worse yet canned tuna is high in mercury. Pregnant women are advised to avoid canned tuna all together. Doc's (overly cautious and somewhat ignorant to diet and exercise) put a limit at around two cans a week. You should be fine with 1 a day or max two cans a day every once in a while. But mercury is super toxic. Even if you don't feel it's effects it is damaging.

              It looks like you are keeping carbs low, so why not add some higher fat meat like salmon, red meat, and eggs instead.

                FIRST AND LAST - get off the steroids.

                your diet is all over the place, it's low carb, but you're eating BBQ chicken - where BBQ sauce is full of sugar - and other than 2 cups of oatmeal (sounds like in one sitting) where the hell are the rest of your complex carbs?

                what is the ratios your trying to hit?

                and like i said, what kind of lard ass mentality do you have when the first thing you ask for when "cutting up" is DESSERT ideas!

                  omg, I have to say this......this is my first post here. ...I know NOTHING about juicing...I am here b/c my husband is starting his first cycle and i wanna do some research into what he is taking and how it will effect him (gains/side effects..etc). Now in scrolling throughout the posts... I wondered why people where being so hard on you....Until i did a search of your name.....STOP WHATEVER YOU ARE DOING NOW!!!! your diet and cycle...you are a village idiot. I saw how many people stepped up to the plate to give you advice...great advice....and you continually asked the same goddamn questions...over and over...and then didnt even listen to advice given....(your posts proved that) I dont care how old you are 14, 19, 20, 21,99. GOD GIVES BONES FOR A SKULL NOT STEEL. Nothing is penetrating your brain. So stop everything!!!you are going to kill yourself between the mercury, whinny ,tren , injections(glad to see you finally started drinking it after 3 posts and 78 replies yes i counted its 3 am what do you expect??) A person with that much mental capacity should stay fat and stop annoying people who are actually here to learn. Either stop talking and start listening or go to GNC and buy the zone diet or even go to your local grocer and get on the special k diet .
