What else does everyone eat for breakfast other then just egg whites. I've reached that point again where i just can't stomach eating egg white omlets anymore. I've gone through several types and get naseous even thinking about them now. This happens every couple of months or so to me but eventually i'll start eating them again.

Just curious what else people eat for breakfast and what's your recipe?

That's what I consume as meal # 1 first thing in the morning.

it's meal #2 thats in question here, this is where I can no longer stomach egg white omlets or any variation of them, unless on a multigrain roll.

take your egg whites, put it in a blender with 1/2 to 3/4 cup of oats. blend with cinnamon and splenda to flavor.

cook in non-stick pan with a little PAM.

presto - you have a protein pancake.

add a little fat free cool whip to top for flavor if you'd like :)

lol - i don't know how they'll taste cold at work. they're pretty good for something different though (a bit dryer than your normal pancake that's all).

                  I found these too :

                  "Protein Pancakes"

                  1 cup whole wheat flour
                  1/2 cups uncooked oats
1 cup 2% fat free milk (or skim which ever you like)
                  1 whole egg
1 scoop of Whey powder (chocolate flavor or any other flavor)
1/2 cup of any chopped fruit (bananas, strawberries, blueberries

mix in bowl and make pancakes, top with a little butter and reduced sugar syrup

                  3 pancakes - 4-5" diameter

                  -------------------------------------------

                  "Bowl of Muscle"

                  1/2 cup oats
                  1 scoop ON 100% Whey
                  1 tbsp natty PB
                  1/2 cup Total Protein Cereal
                  1 Banana on the side
                  1 giant glass of milk

Make the oats pretty thin, I use just under a cup of water and nuke it for 1:30. Then stir in the powder, PB, and cereal. You can put the banana in as well, but that might make it too thick. Play around with it and add what you want, it's good stuff.

                  Approx: 710 cals, 15g fat, 84g carbs, 59g Pro,

Not to sure about these breakfast meals though.. what do you guys think?

Turn you oven to broil, place a cast iron skillet inside.

                    take a shower.

                    (20mins later)

                    using gloves remove you skillet

add in a little bit of olive oil. Then dump a bag of Ore Ida hashbrowns into the pan (that you left unthawing in the fridge overnight) that has been mixed together with two whole eggs. Then dump some salsa on top. Sprinkle with lots of salt. Place back under the broiler for 12-15 minutes. Just when the tomatoes from the salas start looking carmelized. Then remove it.

Now sprinle on some mozarella cheese, as much as you can. Then crack 4 whole eggs on top in different places all around the pan. Place back under the broiler for 3-4 minutes, or just until the egg whites set.

Now sprinkle on some red pepper flakes and dig in. Its an offseason meal, but one of the best damn meals you'll ever eat.

A protein pancake (but I don't put the mixture in the blender) and half a cup of cottage cheese.

I've been making big batches of them and putting them in ziploc baggies and freezing them so they're always ready during the week. I take one out and nuke it for a minute and breakfast is ready. If I'm running late I skip the cottage cheese and just eat the pancake while I'm driving to work. It's also a fantastic snack meal. If they're too dry for you and you're not terribly worried about the carbs, some applesauce added into the mixture will keep them moist. You can also add in some sliced almonds.

I don't know how you would feel about another liquid breakfast, but this one really sticks to your ribs.

                            1 pack carnation inst breakfast
                            1 banana
                            tbsp pb
                            two scoops protein powder
                            blend it until smooth.

That would be about 1/3 of my total cal's for the day and almost all of my carbs. I'm so jealous of you guys who get to eat so much! :P
