I have, for the past two weeks been really upping my calories and eating like a horse. However, for some reason the past couple of days I have not been hungry at all. For instance today I had my rotuine breakfast, oatmeal and a protein shake beofre work. By first break I am usually starving but today the thought of eating made me wanna hurl.
Anyone have this happen to them and what can I do to get my appetite back?
