recommended serving is 1 tspn when u wake up and one prior to exercise
i'm planning on taking it after i workout, and then before i go to bed....is 1 tspn what i should be taking each time? that doesn't really seem like much
i also picked up some glutamine capsules....6 is a serving, and 6 have 5400mg of l-glutamine...is 6 what i should be taking?
the other post, most people responded w/ info about powder and i didn't get any powder so that's why im making another thread about the same stuff
