Are these a healthy snack, cutting wise...I can read the labels on the back, and its non-fat, whatever else...but I know there is so much more to a food then what you can read, like GI index, and whatever else....Anyone know how good these are?

They are highly processed, they have a high glycemic index, but would be a good food post workout.

...or the Tuna Patties that FB posted in the recipes section. Mmmmm tuna w/o the taste of tuna...gotta love it.

Naw bro, try something healthy, like cheetos ;). j/k, like Cory said, there are some whole wheat pretzels that are decent for you, but imo they don't taste as good.

check out ostrim, powernutrition carries them. Of course, my good ol standby is sugar free jello.

just bite the bullet man and eat clean...tuna, veggies, oatmeal, chicken, sweet potatos, brown rice, eggs, nuts, seeds, oils. For snacks have ostrim, natty nut butters on soy crisps. Get creative, but stay clean. Visit a local health food store....the staff should be able to give you good ideas for snacks while cutting....just make sure you can find one that has people that are knowledgeble about a bodybuilding diet and not some vegetarian new age douche.
