Are these a healthy snack, cutting wise...I can read the labels on the back, and its non-fat, whatever else...but I know there is so much more to a food then what you can read, like GI index, and whatever else....Anyone know how good these are?

just bite the bullet man and eat clean...tuna, veggies, oatmeal, chicken, sweet potatos, brown rice, eggs, nuts, seeds, oils. For snacks have ostrim, natty nut butters on soy crisps. Get creative, but stay clean. Visit a local health food store....the staff should be able to give you good ideas for snacks while cutting....just make sure you can find one that has people that are knowledgeble about a bodybuilding diet and not some vegetarian new age douche.Originally posted by Gongshow
