The recommended serving for creatine (the kind i have), is 2 servings a day
I'd like to take 3 servings, one after breakfeast, one just before my workout, and one after dinner
is there any signifcant reason why I should not take 3 servings?
in other words would it be harmful at all, taking in 3 servings instead of 2 per day?
