Some recipie my mom's trying tonight. You take a whole chicken season the outside with spices and rub it in. Open a can of beer and take the tab off. My mom also put a little of the same seasonings in the beer. We have a four prong rotisery stand that the can of beer fits snugly in between the prongs. Then the chicken goes over that. Cook on the grill at the low temp for 3 hours.
