I am very new to dieting correctly and need some feedback. Before this for years I only ate once a day (Sometimes twice) and made up for energy loss / strength loss with Ephedrine and various andro stacks.
I am 30@202lbs 21.0BF
I train weights 5-6 days a week and do cardio for at least 30 minutes a day for six days (usually sprints on a stationary bike).
My nutritional plan calls for 2200 cals a day split into 6 meals. I have been trying my best to get a 40/40/20 carb/pro/fat split. I am gaining weight so far and I am thinking it is because of my meto rate. I will confirm this on Saturday for sure with a fat test and weigh in.
What is the best way to get my meto rate up? Should I do more cardio? Should I increase my food intake temporarily also?
