  • Oatmeal

    Ive just started eating oatmeal a couple weeks ago. I just throw raw oats in with whey protein, water, and PB. My poop has been very yucky lately, is this because of the oatmeal? I thought it was good for roughage? Its making my doudo squishy and not firm like it usually is. It could be because of the sweet potatoes also. Sorry i tried to make this post not that nasty sounding but I guess its pretty nasty sorry bros :)

    Never had that problem with oatmeal. How much you eating? Once or twice a day or are you eating it all the time?

                it seems like you're taking in to much protein for your body to digest, i had the same problem.

                try taking Bromelain or CQ10, this helps your digestion system digest foods more quickly and efficiently, also makes you wanna eat s**t loads! shoud stiffen up ya turds too!
