Ive just started eating oatmeal a couple weeks ago. I just throw raw oats in with whey protein, water, and PB. My poop has been very yucky lately, is this because of the oatmeal? I thought it was good for roughage? Its making my doudo squishy and not firm like it usually is. It could be because of the sweet potatoes also. Sorry i tried to make this post not that nasty sounding but I guess its pretty nasty sorry bros :)
