  • Need diet plan help

    first off, i'm 6'1 about 185, dont know my body fat but it's low enough where my arm's are veiny when my bloods flowing, i have a visible six pack...

    I don't keep track of what i eat in a journal but I'm gonna list some of what i eat regularly...i would like help with a bulking plan AND a cutting plan...I think i'm gonna try and cut down a little bit for summer, but once it's over i want to try to bulk up to 215 or 220


    wake up..EVERYDAY
    2 scoops of ON Protein Whey in a cup of water

    breakfeast..EVERYDAY
    2 slices of whole wheat toast, usually lightly layer it with margerine
    8 scrambled egg whites (every few days i'll have a yoke or two)

    after breakfast...EVERYDAY
    1 scoop swole v.2 in 16oz of water

    the above i do everyday, then regularly i don't have anything on schedule after that...some of what i eat for snacks and lunch include

    green beans (i usually eat the whole can)
    canned tuna
    black beans
    iceberg lettuce salad w/ italian dressing
    chuck steaks
    salmon filets
    slices of ham and turkey
    rice cakes
    sunflower seeds
    instant grits


    prework..EVERYDAY
    a scoop of swole v.2

    postworkout...EVERYDAY
    2 scoops of protein
    a whole wheat bagel with natural PB

    DINNER...
    this is usually whatever my parents cook cause i still live at home, if we have some type of sandwiches or something i usually don't eat it with bread because i feel i get enough bread with the toast and bagels


    DRINKS...
    tea w/ splenda (i probably drink 2 liters of tea everyday)
    only other thing i drink is water
    occasionally gatorade on the weekends when i have baseball games


    BEFORE BED
    another 2 scoops of protein






    i'd prefer you keep in mind that i want the CHEAP route, i'm trying to save up for a house to rent or an apartment...i dont mind eating something not so tasty, like a plain can of tuna, or green beans straight out of the can

    Well, the difference between bulking and cutting will be the amounts of the things you listed. The items you have chosen look good for the most part. You are going to need a better breakdown of how much and more of a detail of when, before anyone will really be able to help.

      that's more or less what i'm looking for help in, i just kinda eat randomly...if i have tuna i usually eat the entire can, if i have green beans or black beans i usually eat the entire can

      salmon i normally have 2 or 3 pieces

      the chuck steaks are usually about a pound

      salads are a bowl full

      but i have no actual structure other then my eggs for breakfeast and the protein and swole shakes

          Eat Spinach leaves instead of iceberg lettuce...Iceburg lettuce is just water. throw some grilled chicken in there too for some extra protein.

            i need help mainly in how much of those foods i should be eating, when, how often, how much of each, etc...
