first off, i'm 6'1 about 185, dont know my body fat but it's low enough where my arm's are veiny when my bloods flowing, i have a visible six pack...
I don't keep track of what i eat in a journal but I'm gonna list some of what i eat regularly...i would like help with a bulking plan AND a cutting plan...I think i'm gonna try and cut down a little bit for summer, but once it's over i want to try to bulk up to 215 or 220
wake up..EVERYDAY
2 scoops of ON Protein Whey in a cup of water
breakfeast..EVERYDAY
2 slices of whole wheat toast, usually lightly layer it with margerine
8 scrambled egg whites (every few days i'll have a yoke or two)
after breakfast...EVERYDAY
1 scoop swole v.2 in 16oz of water
the above i do everyday, then regularly i don't have anything on schedule after that...some of what i eat for snacks and lunch include
green beans (i usually eat the whole can)
canned tuna
black beans
iceberg lettuce salad w/ italian dressing
chuck steaks
salmon filets
slices of ham and turkey
rice cakes
sunflower seeds
instant grits
prework..EVERYDAY
a scoop of swole v.2
postworkout...EVERYDAY
2 scoops of protein
a whole wheat bagel with natural PB
DINNER...
this is usually whatever my parents cook cause i still live at home, if we have some type of sandwiches or something i usually don't eat it with bread because i feel i get enough bread with the toast and bagels
DRINKS...
tea w/ splenda (i probably drink 2 liters of tea everyday)
only other thing i drink is water
occasionally gatorade on the weekends when i have baseball games
BEFORE BED
another 2 scoops of protein
i'd prefer you keep in mind that i want the CHEAP route, i'm trying to save up for a house to rent or an apartment...i dont mind eating something not so tasty, like a plain can of tuna, or green beans straight out of the can
