Beef/steak is one of the best things to eat. Fish and chicken are pretty much second. You need a good combo of fats, carbs and protein to get big. It's not just about protein.
Fiber/carbs- Spinach, brocolli, whole wheat wraps, oats, grains, nuts, sweet potatos
Protein-Steak, tuna, salmon, turkey, chicken breasts, nuts,
Fats-Olive oil, Flax seed oil, peanutbutter, nuts, fish (oils),
Just some ideas.

I went to the vitamin store yesterday there is so much to choose from. the person working there told me to buy something called bulgaris tribillis from bulgaria and zma to help me work out better. will this help i don't have extra money to waste and can not afford to experiment. i take a centrum multivitamin 1 a day. thanks

forgot to say that the guy that told me about the bulgaris tribillis said it helps build muscle by boosting teststerone so you don't have to use steroids. he also said that people who use steroids don't have to when they use this stuff. i don't know what to believe my head is spinning. i will listen to bouncer and you guys.

all the stuff he told you is just a sales pitch. a bunch of BS. i use basic creatine powder mixed with my protein powder and dextrose for my post workout shake. The only proven effect that tribulus has is increase libido. It is nothing comparable to AS, and nothing is. If there was something just as good or better there would be no black market for AS. Don't let the guy at GNC suggest anything. They are sales people.

Tribulus will not help you at all Soldier...you will be wasting your $. Tribulus is lutenizing hormone which only enhances your bodies ability to produce its own free testosterone. You are at an age where you are producing the most test you will ever produce. Your body can't produce much more on it's own. On the other hand, this would help to some degree with older body builders whose natural test levels have fallen off. Right now, if you really want to make major changes in your body, you need to clean up the diet, stop drinking as much, and get lots of rest.
