So now that I have moved into my apartment it's real easy to eat the right way now. I'm bulking and I work different hours all the time and sleep at different times. Meal 1: 5 egg whites 1 whole egg, half cup (uncooked measurment) oatmeal with honey, Shake with one scoop of powder
Workout
Within 30 mins PW shake2 scoops of powder with 1 tbs dextrose
Meal 2: No more than hour after the shake - Grilled chicken, 2 cups cooked brown rice
Meal 3: Half pound ground sirloin, 2 cups green beans or brocolli
Meal 4: Grilled chicken breast, 1 cup (uncooked measurement) oatmeal
Meal 5: Can of tuna, sweet potatoe
Meal 6: Can of tuna, about a sanwich baggie of baby spinach
Meal 7: 5 egg whites 1 whole egg
