    its easy as it gets.....

    I cook 6-8 egg whites with canaola oil spray in fryin pan....put 5packs of instant butter flavored grits in bowl with 1-2 slices of cheese(i use american) then mix it all together....
    GREAT QUICK BREAKFAST
    GOOD SOURCE OF PROTEIN AND CARBS

        I eat whole eggs and Oatmael but have eatten Grits alot also. Grits will spike your blood sugar more than oatmeal but I can work on them faster. They digest faster.

          i usually have oatmal and PB...

          but due to my current situation i eat out a lot for breakfast..

          have a breakfast wrap with ham cheese and eggs... dip in salsa... goos stuff....

                  i looked in Costco and the regular Grocery store. from what I can tell, you cannot buy grits in jersey.
