If you really want weight loss, then cardio will help a lot. I would recommend getting on a treadmill or bike or stair-machine and pumping out 30-45min/day--maybe even 2x/day. That will help speed up your metabolism. Before jumping to clen, have you tried a simple EC or ECY stack. Post your diet--what you eat and when and maybe we could help there too. How many cals/day and what is your BMR or AMR?

It's hard to tell with the way you layed it out. But one thing I can tell right away is the apples. It's really hard to find a place that fruit fits in. It's debatable if it should even be used at all.

i gues this might have helped huh:
        wake up:
        meal #1
        bcaa's
        4 hard boiled egg whites
        1c out meal/water
        vitamins
        fish/flax
        t-rex(strong eca)
        sesapure
        glucorrell

        meal #2
        isopure zero carb
        1/2 apple
        fish oil/flax
        bcaa

        meal#3
        2 chix breast
        1/2 cup brown rice
        salad

        meal#4
        isopure zero carb
        almonds

        meal #5
        apple
        bannana

        work out

        meal #6
        isopure in gatorade

jello(sugar free) before bed if hungry

this is an example of a high carb day, low carb day is the same except no fruit and only 1 serving of rice and 1 serving of oatmeal....no carb day is all meat mostly, and a couple of shakes if my blood sugar is low i have a small gatorade....the days rotate in a 3 day pattern. m-no,tue-low,wed-high,thur-no,fri-low,sat-high,sun-low

not to bad 55- first things first...gatorade goodbye. espesially before bed. not the time to be spikeing your insulin levels bro. i also would change the last meal to a solid food meal. that shake runs through your body in about 60 minutes. try some solid protein or cottage cheese. both are broken down much slower by the body. thus giving you a longer duration of protein being released as you sleep. add a cup of green veggies with it too.
start some cardio on a treadmill for 30 min., 3 days a week. get on there and don't f#@k around. as fast as you can go without running bro. there is much more we can do do drop weight here. this is just to get you rolling. 1 gallon of water a day will help too.
i can get way more in depth if this doesn't get you rolling in the right direction-
