    Started in 99 at 130 pounds at 5'10"

    now just finished bulk 205 no clue on BF% maybe 15 I suspect.
    Start my cut cycle in march for show sometime this summer wanna be at like 175 180 for the show...all natural.

      started in 2000 grade 9
      was 150 at about 9%bodyfat

      currently
      im about 240 and bulkin
      bodyfat is about 19 or 20% lol comes with years of terrible nutrition

      goals
      hittin 260 by april, will be done for sure!

      then cuttin till august to about 9 or 8% bodyfat


      long term goals? at least 250 at 7% bodyfat naturally.

        Currently 190 @ approx 6% BF.

        Goal is 225 @ 8-9% BF by summer.

          i'm 5'11" about 180lbs, body fat is no more than 7%(i'm gettin it tested this week)i wanna get to 200 lbs but i haven't got over 185 for years. i work at strength gains mostly now

              currently - 16 y/o 180 lbs 5 11, %14 bf
              bench 275 estimation, 350 squat almost 365, dead 315

              goals - aint competing just want to cut till abs are visible and then become strong like bull and keep abs.
              bench 300 , dead 400 and squat 400

                    Started lifting 8 weeks ago for the first time ever:
                    6'0"
                    I weighed 152lbs.
                    Never measured bodyfat, but my guess is around 10-12%.

                    Currently:
                    170lbs.
                    Bodyfat mostly unchanged.

                    Goal:
                    200lbs
                    ~8% bodyfat.

                          Started lifting serious about 2.5 years ago.
                          Started at 135 lbs 7% bf 6'2"

                          Now 180 lbs about 9-10% bf

                          Goal 200-210lbs 8% bf (look to have this done in about 6 months)

                            Started 7/2001 @ age 41
                            5-8 170 lbs 36" waist 25+% bf, 41" chest, 15" arms, 14" calves.

                            6/2004
                            192 lbs 15% bf started cutting, still training heavy 4 days/wk, 30-45 sec between sets, 2 sessions cardio/week

                            Currently
                            188 lbs, 44" chest, 33" waist, 16.5" arms, 15.5" calves

                            Goal by 7/30 to get under 10% bf

                              Hmmm How do you measure body fat with out going to a doctor and paying money to do it. Cause im 179 and 5 8"/9 and feel like im 220 =/... Would really like to know how to measure so i can keep track thx.
