Wanting to get down to around 8 - 10%BF by the years end with as little muscle loss as possible. I believe that because I am cutting the weight reasonably slowly eating and training right I should be able to acheive thiis. My lifts have increased a fair bit since starting.
Off for quite a while. Back in the gym 6 weeks now. Started at 116lbs. Goal is 130 lbs by Christmas. I'm at 121 now. 5'6" no idea on bf. I'd guess about 18%.

192 (dropped 10 pounds in the last week, no new diet or extra cardio WTF?)

This was the biggest I had EVER been.
The hardest part was changing the diet, now I can't even stand to look at fast food. Closest I get to fast food now is Subway. =)

Since I will be moving to another town to go to college (transferring) I will be able to concentrate fully on training. So, hopefully by next summer I will reach my goal. =)
After all, cutting during the winter isn't necessary, not many people to impress while wearing a sweater. :rofl:

Just started a cutting cycle today. I hope to cut my bodyfat down to 12% or better (for now) and regain lost/build new muscle after a recent illness. After cutting out the adipose fat around waist/abs, I would like to gain more symmetrical mass, especially on chest/back. I'd like to hit approximately 190lbs @10% bf by the end of January when I finish a bulking cycle while eating and training clean. I put muscle on relatively easy so I feel that I can reach this goal- I just need to keep sharp on the diet.
*edit* Actually, I guess I shouldn't have posted here, as I have completed a 4 week cycle of 1AD/4AD. I guess that I should pay more attention to the forum I'm in :doh:

. . .in march next year I expect to hit 260+ before I get married and then I will be doing contest prep til the fall. . and I should step onstage at 225+ at sub 5% BF
that will be 15 lb heavier than last year and a bit leaner.
