  • FIBER

    Been reading everyones diets and proposed diets. Don't foget your fiber. I personally had some recent medical problems. Partially do to near to no fiber. I was eating veggies and salads but that was not enough. 18- 30 grams of fiber a day my doctor just told me. I laughed when he mentioned 30. Told him I had better things to do than crap my brains out all day. He did say everyone has a different need for it.
    For what it is worth take it easy.

    lol yeah....i try to eat a lot of fiber,but.....i mean BUTT it hurts coming out of the other end.major crappage.

      I average about two "sit downs" a day so I guess I'm somehow getting all my fiber.

            Dietary fiber shouldn't give you explosive diarhea. Now maybe if you went from eating very little to a whole lot you might have problems, but I don't think you'll shit yourself if you slowly up your fiber intake.

              For what it is worth take it easy.

              I always try to get in 30 grams per day of fiber. My body thanks me.
              I eat raisin bran, apples, legumes.

                Amount of fiber intake has to be personally hmm hehe felt out. Around 18 grams is good for most peeps. I ate 32 by accident, mainly cause I was straving and forgot I ate a bowl of fiber one that morning. Not a good experience!!!
