Been reading everyones diets and proposed diets. Don't foget your fiber. I personally had some recent medical problems. Partially do to near to no fiber. I was eating veggies and salads but that was not enough. 18- 30 grams of fiber a day my doctor just told me. I laughed when he mentioned 30. Told him I had better things to do than crap my brains out all day. He did say everyone has a different need for it.
