I know you said you don't like cottage chesse but that is another great form of protein you can eat before bed. Also, egg whites. You definitely want to add some type of protein in your bedtime snack.
ic. Like f i eat the natural pb, what would u suggest eating it with? i could eat it plain. Egg whites at nite doesn't seem bad at all either. I am just trying new things and seeing what works.

This was part of an email I sent FB Monday morning...

"You know - I thought Sam's was supposed to "save" you money but after 15 dozen eggs, 14 bags of chicken, 12 bags of shrimp, 8 bags of tilapia, 8 bags of orange roughy, 8 bags of green beans, fish oils, and gum I'm out over $350 AND to make matters worse I just spent over $200 there two weeks ago - could you imagine Jay Cutler/Ronnie Coleman's bill *WOW*"

This will last me about 3 weeks (maybe 4 on some things) AND I'm only taking in about 1/3 of what I would typically eat in the off-season (and I'm half the size of most competitors)....
