Well I bought some Fat Free Cottage Cheese 2day, after eating 5 spoons of it i was about to vomit. I forced down more cottage cheese and than put in some fruit and it tasted better. I ate about a 1/4 of a pound around 8:45pm and now its 10:10pm and i am full. I like how its 13g 0 fat and 5g of carb, great stuff. I am gonna make tis a habit and just keep eating cottage cheese everynite i get hungry. thx everyone
