I've been eating salmon daily for awhile now and it's been breaking the bank. What's everyone's favorite fish around here? I'm looking to add something new for a protein/fat meal. Thanks all.

As for stuff from Sam's/Costco etc OrangeRoughy is probably their best choice but it's fairly expensive (almost like salmon if not more so) - tilapia fairs pretty well and is cheap but canned tuna/chicken will be your best bet as far as pricing goes....
You can't go wrong with a nice flank steak though if you're really looking for a nice change in your diet!

I really like Orange Roughy because it doesn't smell 'fishy'
And (this is the Pole in me coming out) I will occasionally eat pickled herring.
blah, my wife loves herring in tomato sauce. That stuff smells up the whole house.
