      Hey Control,
      I was just reading Grinders question about the apple as a treat and your reply about removing it. Now if I wanted to have some sort of a sweet treat at the end of the day what about some chocolate flavored whey isolate protein powder mixed with nonfat plain yougurt...makes for a really tasty protein pudding.
      Any issues with something like that?

          I agree if it is moved early in the day. Avoiding carbs at night helps regulate insulin and glucagon as I recall. They plays a part (albeit small with just an apple)

              Hmm I'm going to have to try out the protein powder yogurt mix - that looks like a really good solution. I've been to lazy to make my own snacks and have been eating a lot of Quest bars lately (these have a really good ingredient list btw). It's nice to get away from protein shakes every now and then.

                  I know i knooowww stupid question!!

                  but im a beginner at bulking and just to confirm...If im working out at night say about 6pm...what changes???

                  Do i just pick up that post workout meal and move it?? do i still eat similar to the pre-workout food?
