Hey Control,Originally posted by Control View PostHonestly, it's probably not the best idea. I don't think it would make a huge difference one way or the other though and for some people who have been eating dessert their whole lives, that little "treat" at the end of the day helps give them something to look forward to and keeps them on track. You're right though, it shouldn't be there.
Apple's gone. :hang:
I was just reading Grinders question about the apple as a treat and your reply about removing it. Now if I wanted to have some sort of a sweet treat at the end of the day what about some chocolate flavored whey isolate protein powder mixed with nonfat plain yougurt...makes for a really tasty protein pudding.
Any issues with something like that?

Hmm I'm going to have to try out the protein powder yogurt mix - that looks like a really good solution. I've been to lazy to make my own snacks and have been eating a lot of Quest bars lately (these have a really good ingredient list btw). It's nice to get away from protein shakes every now and then.Originally posted by leanguy! View PostHey Control,
