on 500mg Test E in week 3 (40mg dbol ED for another week), it's my first real cycle
I'm not eating enough I don't think, but I'd like to get a little leaner as I bulk, which I know is damn near impossible. My goal for the cycle is to be a big as possible and end at about 16% or so...lower would be great, but I'm not expecting miracles. I've always had trouble staying lean, but it's been easier to get big.
The diet.
7am
2 scoops ON whey with water and 2/3 cup oats.
10am
chicken/pork (i measure in gm, but it works out to 50g protein)
1/2 cup br rice
1pm
chicken/pork
veggies
4pm
2 scoops ON
30g complex carb powder
Workout.
PWO shake
2 scoops ON
30g complex carb powder
7pm
chicken/steak
veggies w/ 2 tbs olive oil.
