  • DIET!!!!!!

    Thank God the semester is over. So tis is what i am eating until school starts back up on the 28th. My goal is to drop as much body fat and pack on the muscle. My BMR is 2090


    8:45am 1-2oz oatmeal, glass of milk, 5 boiled egg whites

    11:30am pwo protein shake 25g, 6oz apple juice

    12:30pm 1 sweet potato, 5-6oz chicken, 2oz mixed vege's, half multi vitamin, 3oz spinach wit kidney beans

    4:00pm 5-6oz chicken, 5oz mixed vege's, 3oz spinach wit kidney beans

    7:30pm 4-5oz mixed vege's, 5-6oz chicken, 3oz spinach wit kidney beans, half multi vitamin

    10:30pm-11:00pm 7-8oz cottage cheese wit grapes

    Drink about 1-1.5 gallon of water

    Becuz of tis diet i dipped down to 188lbs in the morning, muscle mass is the same and i have seen small gains in my back and legs

    The draw back to tis diet i am constantly sleepy even though i get 8-9hrs a sleep a nite, and get sleepy after about 20min of inactivity

    Not the best diet bro.

    The first meal is weak. 1-2oz oatmeal? what is that, like 2 spoonfuls? lol

    your not eating any healthy fats. (important for muscle gain and fat burning.)

    the grapes in the last meal serve no purpose. the sugar should be eaten earlier in the day.

    diet needs to change.

        Please i want everyone's input, rip tis diet apart and tell me what i am doing wrong

        I wanna good diet so i can build and than show them punk ass mofo's that used to pick on me that i am a BB, and i than i wanna c them talk shit.

            You not supplementing with Fish Oil or Flax?? I'd add that. As far as needing the grapes for the cottage cheese, I absolutely hate cottage cheese but I have found that when I put a big bite in, chase it with a big gulp of water, swish it around, and swallow it real fast, i can hardly taste it. I'd take out those grapes and put some carbs in at another point during the day.

                I do not supplement Fish Oil or Flax. I know they both lower ur 'bad' cholesteral. I get a blood test every 6 months and my cholesteral results come back fine. Last time was done in July '07 and it was 162

                It might help that i am 19 yrs old, as i get older, sure y not supplement those.

                Point takin about the grapes, i am gonna man it up and just eat it down.

                I get carbs pre-work (oatmeal), a mono-saccaride pwo (apple juice), and a sweet potato which is a slow digesting carb, the pb also has carbs in it.

                I also read something Rado posted about cutting out carbs and lowering his calorie intake past a certain time, and it just made sense to me.

                      instead of having the PB all by itself, include it in a meal. make sure you are eating a source of protein every 3 hours.

                              The good part is with Macca's you can do a rude and come back thro the drive thro and say they forgot the extra burger or whatever and they always give it to you, it works everytime.
