Thank God the semester is over. So tis is what i am eating until school starts back up on the 28th. My goal is to drop as much body fat and pack on the muscle. My BMR is 2090
8:45am 1-2oz oatmeal, glass of milk, 5 boiled egg whites
11:30am pwo protein shake 25g, 6oz apple juice
12:30pm 1 sweet potato, 5-6oz chicken, 2oz mixed vege's, half multi vitamin, 3oz spinach wit kidney beans
4:00pm 5-6oz chicken, 5oz mixed vege's, 3oz spinach wit kidney beans
7:30pm 4-5oz mixed vege's, 5-6oz chicken, 3oz spinach wit kidney beans, half multi vitamin
10:30pm-11:00pm 7-8oz cottage cheese wit grapes
Drink about 1-1.5 gallon of water
Becuz of tis diet i dipped down to 188lbs in the morning, muscle mass is the same and i have seen small gains in my back and legs
The draw back to tis diet i am constantly sleepy even though i get 8-9hrs a sleep a nite, and get sleepy after about 20min of inactivity
