It shouldn't be a problem as long as you have time between your meal and gym so you arent lifting on a full stomach and then you can get a good meal in right after.

Haven't really slipped since I made the diet, ate a slice of pizza friday. Its almost at completely different times now, I have to be up way earlier some days so my last meal is sometimes at like 9ish cause I fall asleep at 10/10:30

I'm eating a little less than I have laid out. Also, if you recal I had actually at one point, on some days been drinking two protein shakes and that was it before bed. Those are both basically gone for the time being due to my new workout routine and have been replaced with real food. I only lost 1 pound this week, which I suppose isn't terrible. I have however eaten less perfect meals (ie about 4 times in the last 8 days.

All and all I'm just happy I haven't gained weight because the only physical activity I am seeing (in the past week, week and a half) is lifting and cardio. I'm sick and tired of sitting in front of a computer doing research, studying, and grading homeworks and papers. Its all I do now...computer, computer, computer. I think I'm going crazy.

Dont judge your progress by losing or gaining weight. Judge it by how you look in the mirror.

Undoubtedly this will never be good enough for me, at least not in the near future. My pants are basically falling off anymore, especially without a belt. I also have to go buy a new belt or too, because the ones I have are too big anymore. :dunno:

You may or may not be happy to know that I dropped another 2 lbs...which may be a bit much for one week...

As well, after the discussion in the anabolic section I decided to find a 2nd or even 3rd opinion on my bf%. So, I went to school and told them I wanted a body composition test. They turned me down, stating you need a fit-pass for that  So, now I scheduled it at a different gym in town...haha. They will use calipers, they don't have that submersion tank. My friend is also going to let me use her body fat scale. Finally, I will get it done at a gym wherever I work out over spring break.

Numbers help me understand things, so I feel like having 4 different sources should give me a more concise idea of where I am actually at.

So, I had the other two composition tests done. One said 17% and the other said 16.6%, so I think the first was a tiny lower than it should have been. I have definately lost weight, and I really hope its not muscle...

so lets say you are in between 16.6 and 17%

is your strength going down at all? as long as you dont notice any weakness in the gym you are on the right track.

No, my strength seems fine. I have been slowly increasing my weight with the new semi-circuit routine...

Here is a review of my diet. I have downed calories somewhat significantly since last time for the reason that I don't think I'm losing consistently. I ballooned up this week 6 pounds. So:

                              1 cup cooked oatmeal
6 egg white 1 whole egg
                              banana or apple or orange

(This meal is 3 times a day)
                              7oz chicken
1/2 cup brown long grain rice
1 small stalk of broccoli or 1 cup asparagus

PWO shake that is essentially 376 calories

                              5oz chicken
                              1 small stalk of brocolli

how about switching some of the rice to veggies or salad and switching that last chicken meal for fish. you dont seem to be getting many good fats.
