Damn this is hard. Im for once cutting down not to look good or lower bodyfat, but to drop weight for what I hope will be a serious out bouts in late July. Im at 203 now, need to get to around 190.. my cardio is on point, my supplements are on point, my diet is on point, my weight training, and fight training are on point, but damn, Im having a tough time not feeding my face when I get bored around the house. I dont buy a lot of junk foods, but I get bored and eat all night.. Im trying to develop better discipline and will-power, new respect for dieting! Fuck my life.

Structure structure structure - you can't get bored or hungry if you're running your life/diet like clockwork - it's the ONLY way I can do shows because ANY downtime or time that wasn't scheduled/planned made my mind weak to my body's temptations....
And sugar free gum helps too but I ended up having serious jaw issues I was chewing so much for so long at one point - I actually got lock jaw and everything so be warned...
