    Damn this is hard. Im for once cutting down not to look good or lower bodyfat, but to drop weight for what I hope will be a serious out bouts in late July. Im at 203 now, need to get to around 190.. my cardio is on point, my supplements are on point, my diet is on point, my weight training, and fight training are on point, but damn, Im having a tough time not feeding my face when I get bored around the house. I dont buy a lot of junk foods, but I get bored and eat all night.. Im trying to develop better discipline and will-power, new respect for dieting! Fuck my life.

    try and not get bored. easier said then done i know. just try and keep yourself busy in those times that you feel like you want to eat.

      Probably a good idea. Im going to buy a puppy, or an xbox and then sell or destroy either or once Aug comes. :)

            all jokes aside, sugar free gum helps me when i am dieting. i will sometimes chew like 7 pieces at a time. lol

                I may go to ChinaMart and get a cart full of sugar free candy (barring fat/calorie content). I have to do something.

                  Im with you on this. I was just thinking about how much dieting sucks. Chicken is getting so hard to eat. I didnt watch what I ate the past couple days and its even harder now to get it back together.

                    Structure structure structure - you can't get bored or hungry if you're running your life/diet like clockwork - it's the ONLY way I can do shows because ANY downtime or time that wasn't scheduled/planned made my mind weak to my body's temptations....

                    And sugar free gum helps too but I ended up having serious jaw issues I was chewing so much for so long at one point - I actually got lock jaw and everything so be warned...

                      Im sure it doesnt help that Im up late every night working. Maybe Ill just eat like a fat ass and fight at 205. :(

                        I never understood how dieting is hard. Just eat what your supposed to eat every 3 hours PERIOD!!!

                            Because youre 19 years old and above 16% bodyfat is the reason for that.
