                      i never thought of it this way, but you're right. When I set up my schedule for classes, when to read, when to do homework, etc my diet is always on point. The second I deviate from my plan, all hell breaks loose

                        Yup same here man. I purposely put an hour break inbetween my classes just so i have enough time to eat.

                        I find it very embarassing to have my stomach growl during lecture. So as long as i keep myself full i am happy, lol

                              I have control over it now. I have to because I realized that was the problem. I set aside a good night meal and I do things that keep me busy instead of thinking about my stomach. Its helped a lot, but I was illustrating I understand where he is coming from.

                                My discipline breaks down after about 9pm. When I theoretically should be in bed, Im up, working, and tend to eat not complete garbage but things I know arent helping my cause.
