        Sure did (without eating it all). I have a much more structured eating routine now, and I generally only snack on things like almonds, sunflower seeds, carrots and natural peanut butter. Im at 199, but Im frustrated because in the mirror, I dont really look much leaner, but the 4lbs is gone... strength still the same so Im keepin' on.

          That rocks - how close to the 190 mark are you looking to get? I know you don't want to do any type of weight cutting *tricks* but I would just drop to around 195 and stay there cutting water JUST for weigh ins etc....
