yeah, I've bought these bafore, great source of casienate protien and easily drinkable, you can mix with orange juice etc.

Problem is, after a few days your breath smells awful and no amout of tick tacks or gum will help, then you begin to sweat this horrible aroma, difficult to explain but you can forget sex with your lady LOL:P

Yep. The eggology brand at whole foods are the best I've found. I drink em straight out of the jug.

thats something else i didnt know. i thought egg protein was egg protein and casein was casein.
