When I did the numbers on it I was very suprized to have that many grams of carbs in my daily intake.
Most of the info came off the packaging itself other info came off websites.
2 numbers I got off a website I thought were high. 1 cup oats 100 grams of carbs? 1 7" bananna 26 grams carbs? I dont know thoes numbers seem high to me?
Do you see anything I need to change?
