Carbs or Good fats?

    I have 3450 cals total the other are measured in Grams of fat/carbs.
    When I did the numbers on it I was very suprized to have that many grams of carbs in my daily intake.
    Most of the info came off the packaging itself other info came off websites.
    2 numbers I got off a website I thought were high. 1 cup oats 100 grams of carbs? 1 7" bananna 26 grams carbs? I dont know thoes numbers seem high to me?

    Do you see anything I need to change?

      pro=368
      carbs=444
      fat=105

      368 grams of protein = 1472 calories
      444 grams of carbs = 1776 calories
      105 grams of fat = 945 calories

      total cals = 4193 not 3450


      1 cup of oats has 54 grams of carbs....

      looks like you need to fix some things. lol

        LOL, Ya I figurd 100 grams was high. Im sure there are other things that are off also. this shit is just stupid, why cant I just me like everone else and be FAT and happy.

        Where is a website I can trust with info on carbs/fat/cals/ect????

            CalorieKing - Diet and weight loss. Calorie Counter and more. is decent. after while you will just know it.

            i can pretty much eat a spoon full of something and can break it down in my head. lol
