instant mashed potatos, do they have to be cooked or can i just add them to a shake to get my carbs?

They don't really have to be cooked, they just need liquid. But they thicken - alot - not sure how you are going to drink them??

I definitely think it would be way too thick. As soon as you add the liquid, it's thick - there's no drinking it real fast or anything like that.

Add in some protein and you're set.
