Alrighty guys.....i was just curious if there is a major difference within consuming all natural canned chicken or a plain ole chicken breast? I recently bought a shit ton of canned chicken because it is more convenient for my school and work schedule. What do you guys think?

I keep this type of canned chicken on hand. I like it much better than tuna. But imo nothing beats fresh baked fresh chicken breast.Originally posted by smithers View Postthe stuff i bought was made from valley frest, 100% natural white chicken in water. Nutrition face are 360 sodium for a whole can and the ingredients are white chicken, water, sea salt, and gluten free. Thats it! it doesn't seem that bad

He ate sushi twice a day (other fish contains high levels of mercury as well) and took some "Chinese herbs" that contributed as well.
