The shake I have right when I walk outta the gym is met-rx size up with a malto-dextrose mix and a tablespoon of natty peanut butter. Should I run just run my regular met-rx metamyosin instead in the mix?
I kno I said I am not tryin to be so scientific in other posts but, thats no reason to be careless lol.
