OK so I got a trade card today and had a wonder round but didn't have time to see all. They have a fish sale for 3 days of the last working wee each month and they were all out of talapia which I wanted to try, no oragne roughy either.

So here's what I need, a bodybuilding shopping list for cosco's, I have an american style samsung fridge freezer so can store stuff in bulk, hit me with it guys.
