help me out with eggwhites

dont like egg whites at all - dont see any reason to eat em hah.

all about eggs, but no more egg whites only, tastes like eating fried snot - looks like a pile of cooked jizz. not appealing. unless you're bouncer.

im getting to the point where I can't stomach these , and my food consumption has too many shakes in it so I need to keep the solids in there - anybody have any good recipes ? I like spicy :thumup:
