    I just got doing a 13 week diet for my show and I have always pretty much used water in my shakes but I might start useing milk I just did
    2cups 2%milk,1 banana,spoon of natty pb,and some egg whites from the pump and it was great and milk shouldnt be to much of a big deal as Im getting ready to bulk,but I bulk somewhat clean and still get in a ton of cals any thoughts??

    check out simply smart milk - 10g protein per serving , fat free tastes like 2% - love the stuff.

      yea Ill look it up only thing is when I bulk my food costs get sick like 250-300 per week

        ^ damn dude - well it costs 75 cents more per half gallon than normal milk so it's not a bad gig you get an extra 3 grams of protein per serving alone plus the benefits of taste / lack of the fat.

            I wouldnt worrie about the fat in milk as much as I would about the sugar.

              you have to cut out the milk as you get close to the competition mate, it will make you hold some water otherwise

                    250-300 per week for food what are you buying? I buy 20lbs of meat, sweet potatoes, rice, potatoes, and protein and I still only spend 100 per week

                      alot of beef,fish,shrimp,oats,milk,regular foods snacks and shit,rice,potatos,fruit,veggies,ect

                        I dont compete or anything but if I did a contest diet like that there is no way it would include milk or bananas in any amount.
