I just got doing a 13 week diet for my show and I have always pretty much used water in my shakes but I might start useing milk I just did
2cups 2%milk,1 banana,spoon of natty pb,and some egg whites from the pump and it was great and milk shouldnt be to much of a big deal as Im getting ready to bulk,but I bulk somewhat clean and still get in a ton of cals any thoughts??
