My goals are reasonable, I would like to weigh 210, im trying to do this by the summer of 2004. As of now I am currently taking a month off for the first time in a year because of the overwhelming fatigue that I have been experiencing. Im off all of the supplements and I am hoping it will even my body chemistry back out once again. I think im threw with the Cell tech its definatly not my supplement of choice just going to stuff my body with meats, fruits, and water.

I may try prohormones in the spring. Any suggestions from people on here on what to take or there experieces would be great.

I have tried about every prohormone out there, My favorite was 1-AD. It supposedly did not get degraded much by the stomach and didnt aromatize much. Having done both the prohormone and the ral thing, I cn tell you that the results are close. I gained a lot of weight on the prohormone. Just be careful and watch your diet because they make you really hungry. The other H word as well.. I've used 3,9 androsteindiol but the 1- AD worked the closest to the real thing.

Unfortunately I gained both muscle and fat. The stuff mad me hungry as hell. I was on it for about 6 weeks. My size and strength both increase about 10-15%.

Not really believing that it would work, I didnt watch my diet as I should have. If you use it, eat clean and as if you're on the real stuff. It works similarly. I felt good on it. Plenty of energy.

In my opinion you should be able to make 210 by the summer.

6-8 hours of sleep is not enough imho. I used to do the same and always dragged ass. You end up with a huge sleep deficit by the end of the week. Sleep more, it's good for you.

Cut the sugar and make sure to get some complex carbs at the 2:30 pm meal, like brown rice, yam, or oatmeal.

At 6'4" and 195 lb you are tall and skinny. You are NOT FUELING your workout appropriately.

                  What are your goals?
                  bump this.

i eat more than you at a foot shorter and about 65lbs lighter. you need to eat more if you are serious about getting to 210.

Well its pretty easy to see what your doing wrong. You eat like a little school girl to be honest. Come on bro, your 6'4 and 195lbs and your eating like that? Your diet would be a cutting diet for me and im 4 inches shorter then you. Get real bro, you have to eat or you are just waisting your time in the gym.

8:30am Breakfast: bowl of wheat cereal and eggs

                      12:30pm Lunch: lot of chicken

4:00: some peanuts (pre workout stuff) and one L-Glutamine and a Stacker 2 for a boost

Then I go and workout for about hour and a half.

                      7:00pm after workout: 25 g Whey Protein, 10g Celltech, 5g L-Glutamine, banana

8:00pm Dinner: Chicken veggies whatever i can shove down the hatch.

I always get atleast six to eight hours of sleep

I think it may be the 75g of sugar in the celltech. This really sucks to because ever since this started happening my workouts have been a constant struggle to finish my days at work suck cause im so tired. I need some help on what the hell im doing wrong.
Buddy for breakfest instaed of having cereal man, eat some more eggs, eat 3 whole eggs and add 2 egg whites, also take a shake brother. Each egg has about 6 grams of protein, additional egg white are 3 grams each. The shake depending on the brand adds tothe protein.

For luch chicken sounds good bro. Dependson hwat u eat it with. Eat it with whatever man since ur trying to gain mass or feel more energetic.

Try eating tuna bro,its cheap and has alot of protein around 37-40 grmas depending on the brand.

Before u go to workout why dontu have some carbs like pasta with meatballs or chicken.

When cooming back take a shake and eat some tuna or something. Same goes for the 2 more meals man, protein protein and more protein.

One more thing bro, before going to bed take a shake.

I like to load up on carbs in the morning when gaining weight isn't concerned, try eating some oatmeal with your eggs... something thats complex will release nicely over the course of the day.. just a thought

I agree and want to bump this for emphasis. Any day you have 7 hours of sleep or less, your cortisol levels will be high in the afternoon, which is terrible for muscle building, and you will also be tired.

Dude, for one, you hardly have any carbs here. All you are eating for carbs is a bowl of wheat cereal and a banana all day. Veggies really don't count. Although they have great health benefits and you need them, they don't provide you with sustained energy like complex carbs will. Eat a sweet potato with your chicken at lunch. Have a bowl of oatmeal with you eggs. Have a little brown rice in one of your early snacks. Your calories are far too low. You need a mid morning and a mid afternoon snack thrown in. The meals you are eating are not balanced with all three macro-nutrients. Make it a point to get at least six meals in and that they are all protein based and balanced with some whole grain or fibrous carbs and good fat like nuts or natty peanut butter and that they are no more than 3 hours apart. And ditch the CellTech....it's garbage. Try using a creatine supplement that uses ALA or other insulin mimickers for absorption.

Truer words were never spoken...CellTech is garbage and expensive too. Anytime you get an insulin spike the inevitable crash is soon to follow. It's like you get something for a while but you end up paying for it in the end. Everyone hit the nail on the head with the diet comments. There's a deep well of knowledge on these boards and you are lucky to have found these people. Good luck in achieving your goals.

5HTP can be bought online or at most nutritional stores. Just 1-2 caps/ed should increase your energy, sex drive and mental attitude. Works for everyone I know who does it. PEACE! KIR
