All the advice given for the most part sounds credible, however, the most important thing to do is to go to your doctor and get a physical. You may have a low grade infection of some sort or other ailment. Seeing the doctor before you experiment with changing diet and such is the most important thing to do IMO. BB

This reminds me...about 8 years ago I was feeling really run down for a period of several weeks. I would come home from work, clean up for dinner and pretty much crash on the couch. Sometimes, I didn't even eat dinner, as I was just so beat. In fact, I would just about sleep through until the next morning. I thought that I had a virus so I went to the doc and had bloodwork done. It turns out that I was deeply anemic from two ulcers in my throat due to acid reflux disease which was still somewhat obscure back then. Besides severe lethargy there were no other outward signs, such as blood in stool or urine because my stomach actually digested it first.
The point is, Bonebreaker is right. Go see the doc first and get your cell counts checked- blood and thyroid levels. Low red blood cells mean less O2 in your bloodstream and consequently, more fatique. Similar effects occur from hypothyroidism. It's best to start with that as a baseline and work from there. Keep us posted.

Bro, purchase a cheap glucose monitor and check your sugar levels throughout the day. If you are getting low readings then you need some adjustment in your diet and further blood tests such as a fasting insulin, HbA1c, hemoglobin, hematocrit, iron, TSH,T4,T3FREE could direct you to underlying issues that might need to be addressed for starters.
